Safe Home Appliance Repair was founded by Miguel Lazo, a lifelong Northern Virginia resident based in Gainesville. After 27 years in the automotive industry, he built a business around what he always enjoyed most — solving problems, fixing things, and helping people.

Before starting Safe Home, Miguel spent 27 years working directly with customers in the automotive industry: lessons that still shape how he runs his business: communicate clearly, listen carefully, respect the customer's time and money, explain the options, and treat people the way you'd want to be treated.

Why I Started Safe Home
After 27 years in the automotive industry, I wanted to build something of my own around the things I've always enjoyed most: solving problems, fixing things, and helping people.
Safe Home Appliance Repair gave me the chance to build that around personal service and accountability, from the first conversation through the final repair.
My philosophy is simple: find the problem, explain it clearly, give the customer honest options, and treat their home with care.

How it Works
Book Service
Call, text, WhatsApp, or book online. Customers can choose an available appointment and provide appliance details before the visit.
Professional Diagnostic
We inspect and test the appliance to identify the cause of the problem. Diagnostic fees are charged per appliance and applied toward the approved repair for that appliance.
Clear Estimate
Before any repair is completed, we explain the issue, the repair options, and the cost for parts and labor.
Repair and Testing
Once approved, we complete the repair when possible and test the appliance to confirm proper operation.
